1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Spinalto. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must be legally permitted to gamble online in your country of residence.
• You may not register an account if you reside in any of the restricted countries listed in section 9.
• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances confiscated.

3. Account registration & verification

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it up to date. Spinalto may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed once verification is complete.

4. Deposits

• Minimum deposits depend on the chosen method (typically €20 for cards and crypto).
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits are credited as soon as the operator confirms receipt - usually instantly for cards and crypto.
• Spinalto does not charge deposit fees. Network fees may apply on crypto.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Limits, methods and processing times are listed on the Withdrawals page. Spinalto reserves the right to ask for additional documentation at any time, particularly for withdrawals exceeding €5,000.

6. Bonuses

• The default wagering requirement on bonuses is 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €5 per spin or hand.
• Only one active bonus per account at a time.
• Free spin winnings are added to the bonus balance and follow the same wagering rules.
• Spinalto reserves the right to confiscate bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse, including bonus-hunting, collusion or use of restricted strategies.
• Each bonus has its own validity period. Unused bonuses expire and are removed from the account.

7. Game rules & integrity

All games are provided by licensed third-party studios and use certified random number generators. Spinalto does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a malfunction, all bets and winnings related to the affected round may be voided.

8. Anti-fraud & anti-money laundering

Spinalto operates strict anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures. Suspicious transactions, multiple account use, collusion, third-party deposits or attempts to circumvent geo restrictions can lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Where required by law, suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Restricted countries

Players from the following countries may not register or play at Spinalto:

Australia, Aruba, Bonaire, China, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Denmark, United Kingdom, Iran, North Korea, Lithuania, Myanmar, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sint Maarten, Thailand, Ukraine, United States.

The operator may add countries to this list at any time. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

10. Account closure & self-exclusion

You can close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support@spinalto.com. Self-exclusion options are available with durations from 6 months to permanent. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the chosen period.

11. Dormant accounts

If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, Spinalto may apply a monthly administration fee against any remaining balance, in line with industry standards.

12. Complaints & disputes

Complaints should first be raised with customer support. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter can be escalated to senior management. Any further dispute is governed by Costa Rican law and the courts of Costa Rica, unless local consumer law mandates otherwise.

13. Changes to the terms

Spinalto may amend these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page with the update date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
