Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. The tools and resources below help you stay in control.
Account tools
Spinalto offers a full set of responsible gambling tools. Each tool can be set in your account under Account > Responsible Gambling.

| Deposit limit | Set a cap on your daily, weekly or monthly deposits. |
| Loss limit | Cap your total losses over a chosen period. |
| Wager limit | Cap the total amount you can stake over a period. |
| Session limit | Set a maximum length for a single login session. The session ends automatically when the limit is reached. |
| Reality check | Get a reminder pop-up after a chosen interval of continuous play. |
| Cooling-off | Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. No bets, deposits or play during that time. |
| Self-exclusion | Lock your account for 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanently. Marketing communication stops and the account cannot be reopened before the period ends. |
| Self-test | A short questionnaire that helps assess your gambling behaviour and risk level. |
| Account closure | Close your account at any time, with no minimum balance. |
Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions and self-exclusions take effect immediately.
Warning signs
Most people who gamble do so for fun without ever losing control. Still, it is worth knowing what problem gambling can look like:
- You spend more time or money gambling than you planned.
- You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down or stop.
- You chase losses, hoping the next win will make everything right.
- You hide gambling activity or its cost from family or partners.
- You borrow money to gamble, or to cover gambling losses.
- Gambling is affecting your relationships, sleep, work or finances.

Protecting minors
Spinalto is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. We use identity verification (KYC) to confirm age and forbid sharing accounts with anyone under-age.
If you share a device with children, consider installing parental control software such as FamiSafe or Qustodio to block gambling sites.
