How tier progression works
Each wager you place earns Loyalty Points (LP). The exact LP rate depends on the game category - slots typically pay the highest rate, with table games and live casino paying lower rates. Once you cross an LP threshold, your account is automatically upgraded to the next tier and the new perks become active.

How do I join the VIP Club?
Enrolment is automatic. As soon as you make your first qualifying wager you start earning Loyalty Points and progress up the Neon Pass tiers without any opt-in needed.
What is the difference between cashback and rakeback?
Cashback returns a percentage of your net losses over a period (typically a week). Rakeback returns a percentage of your total wagered amount, win or lose. Spinalto pays both at scaling rates by tier.
When do I get a personal account manager?

Can my VIP tier go down?
Tiers are stable as long as the account stays active. Long inactivity (90+ days) may trigger a tier review, but progress is not reset by short pauses.
